ARERA experimentation is a project valid only on Italian territory, which consists of automatic increase of counter power to 6 kW for a precise time slot (Fascia F3 from 23:00 to 7:00).
This project aims to simplify and push users with low counter powers (such as 3 or 4.5 kW) to load the car to their home. Adherence to Arera experimentation does not involve increases in the cost of energy in the bill.
Daze chargers are compatible with ARERA experimentation thanks to the "Night Boost" function, which can be activated in network settings in Daze App. This feature consists of automatic increase of counter power in the F3 band as per GSE specifications.
This automatic surcharge feature is only available with Power meter charger, our dynamic load management sensor.
Our chargers are already inserted within the devices supported by the experimentation, therefore, during registration on the GSE portal it will not be necessary to enter into the manufacturer's statement or additional documents relating to the charger as they are already in the hands of the institution.
Compatible device types are those with Dynamic Charging Management (GDC), Daze chargers support automatic increase for ARERA experimentation.
To activate the ARERA experimentation on your charger, simply activate the appropriate switch in the network settings, below the procedure:
Activate/Disable Night Boost ARERA GSE
Open Daze app
Select → Networks
Select the network you want
Select → Settings
Select Network Parameters → Click Edit
Set the Night Boost Switch to On/Off
Press ahead without changing anything
Press Ok to confirm changing network parameters
Wait for the configuration of the configuration
NB: Each type of configuration change should be performed by the network administrator and near the Dazeboxwith Bluetooth active(e)with cable disconnected from the vehicle.
Attention!
It is not necessary to change the power value of the counter to have automatic increase, this value must be that of contractual power in order not to have balancing problems outside the F3 band.
Attention!
If you set a dispensing limit less than 6 kW of power through the "maximum charging power" function that can be activated in the app, the charger will follow this limit by not performing the majority because precisely limited.
