Functionality - Minimum charging power (Switch 3F-1F)

Compatible products:

  • Dazebox Home →Firmware 21.3.0.12.0.0 and later

  • Dazebox Share → Firmware 2.1.4.1.1.5 and later

  • Duo → Firmware 2.3.0.1.1.9 and later

  • Urban → Firmware 2.3.0.1.1.9 and later


Nb:Make sure you have installed the latest version of Daze app available


Activation:Daze App in bluetooth or remotely (in internet-connected charger)


This feature allows you to activate the automatic three-phase charging switch.


This feature is useful in case of three-phase meters with reduced power (e.g. 6 kW), where the minimum power required (about 4.2 kW) is not always available to start a three-phase charging. By activating this functionality the charger, in the absence of minimum charging power will continue charging in single phase (phase 2 and phase 3 deactivated).


This feature is also available in modeself-consumptionand in Load Balancing with multiple chargers from the firmw versionare and 2.3.0 on Dazebox Share - Urban - Duo.
