Faq

I do not read PM values or read untrue values


  • Smartphone not connected to the Daze charger (neither bluetooth or internet) -verify that you have Bluetooth active on your smartphone and/or that the Daze charger is properly connected to the internet

  • Power Meter incorrectly installed or wired in incorrect RJ45 input. Check the Power Meter installation manual and the Daze charger installation manual. See also the Power Meter troubleshooting in the Daze Help Center

When I connect my vehicle to the Daze charger, I jump the counter


  • Daze charger not equipped with Power Meter

  • Power Meter not installed correctly. Consult the Power Meter installation manual at the following link →Daze download huband consult the Power Meter troubleshootingpresent in the Daze Help Center

  • Configuring the incorrect Daze charger. Check within the Network Parameters section (network settings menu) that the set values are correct and that the set network layout is correct



The values read by my Power Meter are negative


  • If PM is installed correctly then the negative values are to be attributed to a sale on the network of energy produced by the photovoltaic system

  • If you are not equipped with a photovoltaic system and negative values are displayed then carefully check the installation of the Power Meter.Consult the Power Meter installation manual at the following link →Daze download huband consult the Power Meter troubleshootingpresent in the Daze Help Center
